How much does it cost?

N$ 300 per person.
A payment is required in advance in order to secure your booking. Alternative payment arrangements can be discussed directly with us.
Non-payment within 72 hours prior to booking date will result in automatic cancellation, unless arranged otherwise via email.

 N$ 500.00 deposit is non-refundable should less than 72 hours’ notice be given for any cancellations or postponements.

 

What time are you open?

We operate on a booking-only system and do not take walk-ins.

 

What is the refund policy?

Should you be unable to attend your booking and require a refund the following rules apply:
Refunds are only applicable if you cancel 72 hours before your session or earlier. The refund will reflect within 2-7 days of request. 

A non-refundable deposit of N$ 500 will be retained for all cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance.

100% cancellation fee applicable for no-show or same day cancellations.

A 25% handling fee applies to all rescheduling or cancellations made within 7 days prior to the booking date.

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email.

Can we order food and cocktails or arrange a party/braai/event?

No, we focus solely on providing an exceptional escape room experience and do not offer restaurant facilities or catering services for parties, braais, or events.

Our offerings are centered around the immersive escape room adventures we provide.

However, we do offer a selection of bottled drinks available for purchase at our reception area to enhance your visit.

Do you have to book?

Yes, all games require a booking 48 hours in advance.

Can a group of teens under 16 book?

No, any child under the age of 16 ( and not younger than 14) may only play the game with their Family members, where majority of the players are Adults. Request for any child participant under the age limit, MUST be sent in advance via email, for approval by Enigma.

A group of Teens will only be allowed to play,  if ALL players are above 16.

Any group of children under the age limit, that arrive on the date of the booking without prior disclosure and approval will be denied access. No refunds will apply in such instances

 

Am I really locked in the room?

Yes, the game however can be stopped at any given time in case of emergencies

 

How does it work?

When your countdown begins, you and your group begin searching the room to find and work on any puzzles. The puzzles require only the use of brain power, there is no need to move any furniture or force any objects/puzzles in the room. As you solve puzzles, you uncover more puzzles/riddles that move you closer to your final goal and to escape the room

Will I be in the room with strangers?

No, each booking is private

How many people can play at a time?

Our rooms work best with between 2 and 7 people. Some puzzles are extremely difficult and even impossible with less than 2 players. With more than 7 people, the room can get very crowded and harder to finish.

 

Do I compete with my group?

Each group playing an escape room must work together to solve the puzzle and get out as soon as possible

 

What if I want to compete with my friends?

You can book two sessions in a row, one group can grab a lunch at one of the nearby restaurants and have a drink or bite to eat, while the other group plays an escape room. When the first group has finished the escape room, they can meet at the restaurant and the second group can come play the same room and then compare times.
